These terms govern your use of https://vitjomedia.co.za and any service offered through it. By using the site you agree to them. If you do not agree, please do not use the site.
The site is operated by Vitjo Media (Pty) Ltd, a company registered in South Africa with its principal place of business in Rustenburg, North West, South Africa.
Nothing here is an offer
Content on this site — including service descriptions, product pages, case studies, roadmaps and indicative pricing — is provided for information. It does not constitute an offer capable of acceptance, and it does not create a contract. Any engagement between us is governed by a separately signed agreement.
Prices shown for our products are indicative, exclude VAT, and may change. The price that binds either of us is the one in a written quotation.
Intellectual property
All content on this site — text, design, code, graphics, the Vitjo Media name, logo and product names — is owned by Vitjo Media (Pty) Ltd or licensed to us, and is protected by copyright and trade mark law.
You may read, print and share pages for your own non-commercial reference. You may not reproduce, republish, sell or systematically extract content, or use our marks, without written permission.
Third-party names and marks appearing on this site remain the property of their respective owners and are used for identification only.
Work we deliver to clients is different. Under our standard engagement terms, clients own the source code, infrastructure definitions and documentation we produce for them outright. That is set out in the engagement agreement, not here.
Acceptable use
You may not:
- Use the site unlawfully, or to facilitate anything unlawful
- Attempt to gain unauthorised access to any part of the site, its server or connected infrastructure
- Probe, scan or test the vulnerability of the site without our prior written permission
- Introduce malware, or anything designed to damage or impair the site
- Scrape, harvest or systematically extract content, including for training a machine-learning model, without written permission
- Use automated means to submit forms, or otherwise abuse the enquiry or assistant functions
- Impersonate any person or misrepresent your affiliation
We may restrict or withdraw access without notice where we reasonably believe these terms have been breached.
If you believe you have found a security vulnerability, please report it to info@vitjomedia.co.za. We will not pursue action against good-faith research that respects user privacy, avoids service disruption and gives us reasonable time to respond.
Nova, our AI assistant
Nova answers from our published material and cites its sources. It is a convenience, not professional advice, and its answers are not contractually binding on us.
Nova can be wrong. It is designed to decline rather than guess when it has no supporting source, but you should verify anything material with a person before relying on it. Nothing Nova says overrides a written quotation or agreement.
Do not submit confidential information, personal information about third parties, or anything you would not want processed by an AI provider, into Nova. Conversations are retained for 90 days as described in our privacy policy.
Availability
We aim to keep the site available but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. We may suspend, withdraw or vary any part of it without notice.

Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, and without limiting any right you may have under the Consumer Protection Act 68 of 2008:

- We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special or consequential loss arising from your use of the site
- We are not liable for any loss arising from reliance on information published on the site
- Where liability cannot lawfully be excluded, it is limited to the amount you have paid us, if any, for access to the site
Nothing in these terms excludes liability for fraud, or for death or personal injury caused by our negligence.
Indemnity
You agree to indemnify us against any claim, loss or expense arising from your breach of these terms or your unlawful use of the site.
Privacy
Our handling of personal information is described in the privacy policy, which forms part of these terms.
Changes
We may update these terms. The version published here at the time you use the site is the one that applies. Material changes will be reflected in the date below.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of South Africa, and the South African courts have exclusive jurisdiction.
